MWP Loop Trail. A plan is under consideration to build a footpath along the periphery of the MWP property - see the MWP Loop Trail description for details. The plan has received favorable review from the Grounds Committe and the Board of Directors. At this stage we are eager for homeowners' feedback. Please send your comments to Daniel Jacob (5/13/12)

Pat Strasser, 1941-2012. Pat Strasser, long-time MWP (#80) and Bretton Woods resident, passed away on Sunday May 6 at her home on Hartford Lane after a battle with lung cancer. Pat's husband Allen is a former president of MWP. A memorial service will be held Sunday May 20 at 2pm at the Highland Chapel in Jefferson. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorial donations be made to Northwoods Hospice, 278 Main St., Lancaster NH 03584.

Baby foxes keep growing fast! A number of fox families call MWP home and early May brings a regular crop of babies. This year with the mild winter they got an early start. Here are baby pictures from the family under #78 on April 28, May 5, and May 12 - they really do grow up fast (5/12/12 - Daniel Jacob). Our foxes are a beautiful sight but please don't feed them - see local wildlife information on the MWP Unit Info page.

Twenty owners showed up for our Spring MWP Community Clean-Up on Saturday May 5. We did terrific work picking up trash, clearing brush and downed trees, and improving the overall look of our community. We will try to organize another clean-up event this summer - look for an e-mail announcement to all owners (5/5/12)

All Bretton Woods restaurants offer a 25% local discount to homeowners Sunday through Thursday until June 16th (3/25/12)
