 | Mount Washington Place is one of the premier condominium developments at Bretton Woods. Each Mt. Washington Place building (representative pictured above right) contains three or four units, each with two or three levels, between two and five bedrooms and 2-1/2 or 3-1/2 baths. Most with spectacular views of Crawford Notch and/or the Ski Area. Association amenities include full use of all resort resources including the Bretton Woods Sports Club (pictured left), a modern sports complex offering an indoor pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, racquetball courts, exercise and weight rooms, and more! Mt. Washington Place owners and guests have discounted access to the largest Ski Area in NH, 27 holes of golf (soon to be 36), dining at a wide variety of eating establishments and all the other fabulous amenities the Mt. Washington Hotel & Resort has to offer! All are within walking distance or accessible by a free shuttle! |

| Bretton Woods and Mt. Washington Place are just a pleasant 2-1/2 hour drive (160 miles) due north from Boston and about 3 hours (185 miles) southeast of Montreal. Completely surrounded by National Forest and rich in history, Bretton Woods is a popular four season resort with fantastic winter downhill and cross-country skiing, cool pleasant summers, and crisp gorgeous fall weather. Besides skiing, golf and mountaineering the area is well known for all manner of outdoor activities in all seasons as well as a large number of unique attractions. Despite the popularity, this area has preserved its wilderness and the community still retains its relaxed and friendly atmosphere. |  |
